I can confirm the Wilton mill is very photogenic.

Wilton Windmill is in Wiltshire, could be worth a visit, but not easy to get a good composition of, that I've found.

Again not in Hampshire or Sussex, but not too far, Cobstone Mill overlooks the village of Turville in Buckinghamshire (one of the locations for "The Vicar of Dibley"). Sometimes referred to as Turville Windmill.
