Wireless app

I have a vague feeling I've heard about this (May well be on here) but here goes; Not all cameras are as good as Leica and Panasonic at allowing in camera RAW conversions to then whizz over WIFI; So does anyone have a recommenced app that is universal for transferring the RAW images to your phone or iPad? Simply would be much less of a headache than connecting the memory card each time to my Mac to pull them off! If there was a universal one that would be idea that is highly recommended by you guys!
