Tbh It's a bit of a boring pic to me,
The building is off square and there is nothing to really draw you into the photo,
I don't think the lighting helps either
But then again some one else might love it!

The HDR does keep the image from looking flat and you haven't over-processed it, which is the good news. (I am looking at it on my phone though so only a small image for me). Composition wise unfortunately I agree with Finnt. Maybe moving over a bit to try and to get the pavement to lead you in?
