Wrist strap for Canon 450D

Hi everyone.
Have researched this, but can't find an answer/solution.
I have a 450D and although my battery grip stays on for most of the time, I tend to remove it when on holiday (to cut down on weight etc).
Would like to know if anyone has found (one) wrist strap that will fit the 450 in both "gripped" and "ungripped" configurations.

There are ones that screw in to the tripod mount, so in theory they would fit gripped and ungripped - not sure if they can extend for the extra the grip requires.

The genuine Canon one only fits to the grip loop hole and not the tripod mount.

Not tried one myself, often thought about the idea, but wasn't sure about how restrictive they would be.

Sara - do you use the straps on gripped or ungripped camera bodies?

I use mine on ungripped. There is loads of play on the straps though, so I can't imagine the grip being a problem.

I'm also using mine on a xD body, which is bigger than the 450D to start with. With mine I have got it to the smallest size and it's just about right. I've not got small hands either. I reckon on a gripped 450D you'll be fine.
