Must be a new secret weapon, did wonder what you do when that happens, does it dissolve, is there some kind of chemical that can break it down, or do they just invite a bunch of students round for a foam party;)
 
Forgive the stupid question, but what would have happened to the guys had they not been on the scaffolding?
Do they 'drown' in the foam, or is it possible to create breathing space under there?

I would probably say you could drown in that stuff if you ingested enough of it.
