My website is run in a general blog format, and I usually put up some images from things I cover (unfortunately I can't show league football!). I'm contemplating writing more in each entry, if demand is sufficient.. or perhaps a separate words only section :) It can be found here: My blog
 
nice sites lads,

i used to spend time emailing friends and family individually with images but it started taking far too much time so i tried blogspot, its great! My blog is quite amateurish but it serves its purpose well. Its amazing how many friends now check in every week or so to see what i have been photographing. It only contains photos but maybe i should start writing in it as well to make it more interesting, like richersea's.

I photograph everything so you will find a full mixed bag!

Yeah I can see you've uploaded a lot of photos. How about adding some content to go with those pictures. Would be more interesting to hear about what you've done rather than just showing :)
 
Must confess i still find it hard to blog, when I have been busy it hard to find he time and when quiet what to talk about???
Then the inevitable worry about content, I have the utmost respect for people that have great blogs, as for me by all means a few pointers in what to do would be great lol

Link to my blog below. Just about a month old. First time I have used a blog and just in the process of trying to establish myself as a photographer. I find it easy enough to use but keep dreaming of my own website from blu domain.

I agree that if you are going to start a photography blog it's best to add a good description to the photos rather than just having pages of images. It not only helps to give the image a story with some background, but it will also help your search engine rankings :thumbs:
