Personally the smallest I own is a 1Gb Fujifilm, but I know there's a 128Mb knocking around at work. I haven't been around long enough to have any of the older stuff hoarded away yet.

I have a 256MB card knocking around which was the "Bee's Knees" back in the day...

Mind you I also had a PC with 8Mb of RAM and an 80MB HDD, that was well over fifteen years ago though!

16MB, Nikon branded. Came with a Coolpix 3100 several years ago. Got a few 128MB ones kicking around too - equate to about 36 shots in my D70.
Generally carry around a few 2GB and 4 GB, with one 8GB in the bag too. Always been a bit wary of the large capacity cards - I'd rather lose 100 or so shots if one crapped out than 500+. I know the pins have a life measured in extractions/insertions but I'm not that cack handed, so am happy taking the risk. (Yup, I use a card reader rather than the USB transfer as well).

Still have a few 128mb ones that the little one uses with an Ixus 70.

i've got 128mb knocking around which was a freebie from canon when i bought the 350d all those years ago!

I'm looking at one of three 4MB Sandisk CF cards that were originally used in a Kodak DC50. I've got the PCMCIA adaptors as well :D

2MB Maxell one, and I've also still got the PCMCIA adapter :)

Just keep it for prosperity, I'm really into my 4gb SanDisk Extremes at the mo. There is safety in numbers and I'd rather carry 4 of those rather then just one 32.

I've got a 4Mb Kodak one that came with my Kodak digital camera back in 2000. I splashed out and bought a 16Mb one though.

I still have 2 x 1gb cards from years back, I carry them on walks as back up, I did have a 128mb and a 256mb but I gave them away years back.

I have a 4mb one that came with a kodak DC215ZOOM this was in 2000 I really enjoyed that camera and when out after a week and brought a 16mb the biggest card I could afford and I think 32mb was the most that you could get at the time

Still have the camera somewhere, I might have to dust it off and take a couple of pictures for nostalgia sake

Ive got some 2mb 4mb and 8mb Fuji smartmedia cards for my old Fuji MX700 from 1998!

Relics indeed!

I've a 16mb Nikon card, 128mb Sandisk and a never been used still in the sealed packaging 512mb Sandisk Both the Sandisk are the old bog standard slow cards.

My smallest Cf is a 1GB Lexar card which I use for emergencies.

I know its not a CF, I still have a 16mb XD card in my drawer... Used it in a old Fuji which I also still have.

I've still got a Canon 2MB one that came with my IXUS 2 in what must have been 2002...

I've a 16Mb XD card still in my Olympus 5050Z but as it takes dual cards, there's also a 512k CF card in the other slot, which will take over 1000 HQ jpgs at full res.

Somewhere there's a load more between the 8MB and the 1GB cards.
