    Show us the other half

She may kill me for this, if she ever logs onto TP. Hopefully not! One of the rare times she didn't pull her "photo face" and ruin it, because she really is quite lovely to shoot. :)

    Too cool for EVERYTHING!

That's brilliant! I don't think she will have any issues with cameras as she grows up. :) The only thing I might have done myself is clone out that hair going across her face, but that really is nit-picking.

    Waddington Airshow 2014

Thanks Steve :) #2 is definitely my favourite from these three shots.

    Waddington Airshow 2014

It's not all about the aircraft at Waddington. Those manning the displays look the part and do a sterling job and entertaining the crowds. #1 #2 #3 Not quite as pleased with these as with my shots from last years, but still, sharing for whatever comments may come. :)

    Little Grebe's (Parent & Young)

Thanks Mark Yes the POV was a problem. It's a canal so the edges are raised above the water line. I was actually laying flat on my belly for these shots and looked a right state when I stood up!

Thankfully he's quite gentle but he does look like he means business. :)

    Wild Reed Warblers (I think)

Thanks both. :) I did thoroughly enjoy shooting them, even though they were a challenge!

    Wild Reed Warblers (I think)

My bird identification skills are a little rusty so can somebody confirm I the ID? #1 Reed Warbler by The_Boot, on Flickr #2 Reed Warbler by The_Boot, on Flickr Shot using a Canon 5D Mark III and Canon 400mm f/5.6L lens. Comment and crit welcome. (y)

    Crops

Cheers :) I agree the second shot is nothing to shout about, but hopefully gave some context to the first.

Thanks Yv. I was in two minds myself but thankfully the background suited him quite well. :) Thanks. :) Thankfully no as he's not mine. :D

    Matrix

Thanks Lez It was intentional but I'm not sure it's worked. The crit seems to confirm that. :)

    B&W Bentley Mulsanne Turbo

I was more wondering weather some grain would suit the image, to reflect the age of the vehicle. :)
