Bit of a newbie here. Been offered the above lens, beleive there called a Nifty Fifty ? Its the metal bodied lens. Any idea how old these are ? Are they better or worse than the newer plastic bodied ones ? Can get it for £55, worth it ? Many Thanks, Sorry for all the questions

As for the sort of pics I will be taking : I race radio controlled cars both 1/10th Offroad and 1/12th oval. Im finding at a tad difficult to get any decent photos. These do travel at quite a speed

I know its always better to support UK shops, but money is a bit tight and i`m after a canon dslr. Found a company in the USA by the name of Panama Export They have got some good deals ( I understand I will have customs charges ) Has anyone had any experience of using these ? Many Thanks
