Am I being treat unfairly or am I over reacting?

in the unlikely event that no disability legislation has been breached, i'd say you've won the constructive dismissal claim if they ever tried to get rid of you.... im fairly certain you didn't wake up one morning and decide on ailments.... nature has its own way of dealing out problems-...

I use a 6x7 hilite.... was a lot of cash but is well worthwhile for the endless uses of it- plus a lot more simpler to put up/put away..... ive also got 6x7 train that fits it or can be standalone for white black blue and green... very simple to light and get some great pics the panoramic...

Amazing What You Find On The Beach

unusual find..... unusual composition bit undecided as to whether I like it or not though..... id possibly prefer to have it landscape from a lower viewpoint, with less motion blur as you have pleasant peaceful sky with almost raging water flow which may be why I remain undecided...

    Recommend a ND filter

im more a fan of the square rectangle filters, eg cokin, hitech, and lee- with the main purpose of only buying one filter of the desired type, and a cheap adapter ring to fit each lens.... if you bought circular ones then you'd need to buy another whole load of them to use with your next lens...

    Santa Pod raceway

I have been to santa pod numerous times in the past, but not since getting my camera equipment.... the speed of the motors are phenomenal so i'd personally try and get the shots nearer the start, and on the tyre laying/warming burnouts they do pre race.... just make sure you got one quick...

    do i need a 50mm?

the advantage of having a fixed focal length is that the aperture opens wider e.g f1.4,f2, f2.8 etc etc so you can get some fantastically blurred backgrounds with your subject pin sharp etc.... the zoom lens probably go to around the f4 marker, whilst not bad doestn really compete overly...

Nd filter help 4 sigma 10-20?

I believe 77mm is the widest cokin filter holder adapter available for the normal range, however they do sell a pro kit which has wider nd's available (but costs more)... hi tech 85 filters should fit in the normal cokin/ hitech holder so you can just get away with the 77mm adapter ring...

    B+W 110 ND Filter question

light is measured in stops.... so in simple terms to keep the exposure level the same you can add/remove a stop of either iso, time, aperture and do the opposite with a different one.. e.g add 1 stop of iso and raise f no 1 stop.... (just be careful as most cameras go up in 3rd o stop...

    B+W 110 ND Filter question

if you have a long exposure, then anything not fixed will come out less well..... so if you had say a 30 second exposure, it would take 30 seconds to properly expose the subject but the people would probably have walked entirely past making them barely visible/invisible.... with daylight you...
