Filing a claim against a seller without a first point of contact is.... you should always attempt to sort a problem out with the seller first before making rash decisions.

Or in that scenario you could contact the seller first and ask to return the item? Rather than go straight the eBay to file a complaint and demonising the seller.
The seller has near perfect feedback for lots of high valued items so they must be doing something right.

This will in most cases change shades ect..

Does the output print look okay or do you have a variance?
Are you trying acheive more accurate output results?
If so i'm not sure setting up your own custom profile is a great idea as it may conflict with the profile used by the print lab? Maybe see if they can supply a copy of their profile?
If people are willing to submit the photos for free so be it! Theres nothing you can do about it!

So its said ProPhoto contains a wider gamut of colours so accuracy of photo to print would naturally increase. But with most printers not recognising ProPhoto would you really use it?
