Some shots from a week in Coniston. As usual I'm never too sure about my processing, if I've overdone it with contrast/saturation etc. Most were taken in pretty hard light too which isn't always ideal but does make for some nice dark skies and bright foregrounds.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the feedback, it's all really useful for me. I've had a go at re-processing the 1st image with more toned down saturation, better white balance etc as well as a monochrome.
The feedback about the light conditions is not what I was expecting... I think there is a good cast...
All cracking images. The control over exposure in the bright highlight areas above the mountains keeps a lovely level of detail there.
I have a single comment about #2 and #5, the mound in the right foreground is a little distracting, cropping it out would benefit the image I think.
Hi Steve, I really like the 2nd image it's a good chance capture!
There does seem to be some heavy vignetting which is bringing out dust spots in the corners of the image. The clouds are fantastic with complimentary blue and orange shades.
Just a suggestion but you could crop the lower 3rd out so the horizon is on the lower 3rds line, it may improve the wall on the right's effect on the composition.
I quite like the exposure, it's just making more of the highlights on the water.
Great angle to get with the flowers in the foreground.
I think the gradation in the sky needs to be more subtle as there is halo effect around the treeline and it's a shame someone's head is just entering the frame!
Some of my favourite images from a very recent trip to Rome. I'd love any feedback on these, especially with regard to editing. Thanks.

Some shots from my first colour roll of portra 400 out of the Bronica ETRSI. Only problem is the amount of dust on them after Jessops developed the negs!
We both had days off so me and the girlfriend went for a walk about fountains abbey. Took the new X100 and my Bronica, film stuff to follow when developed.
Some 35mm images using my new scanner, the difference in acuity between a flatbed and dedicated 35mm scanner, even a cheap one, is amazing.
All Fuji Superia 400
