It's the FD mount 85mm 1.2. I've wanted an 'L' lens since forever so took the plunge. They didn't come as the pair but will be a pair for the foreseeable. I have the FD converter to mount it on my digital sony but no more talk of the D word in this section of the forum :D

cheers for the pointers, i live in manchester, so pretty normal temperature/humidity for england. I have ordered a relative humidity meter though, waiting for that to arrive.
I'll look into the damp problem and see where that gets me.
The Vulcan really is something. The only time I've seen one in the flesh was the one rotting at Blackpool airport, not sure if it's still there or not.

I haven't done much photography recently so my gear hasn't been out much.
I got it out recently to find most of my lenses have fungus in them, some are very bad. I'm not new to having fungus in lenses, I bought one second hand a few years back that was infested with fungus which i sent back...
Like it, the only improvement i can come up with is paint the digger yellow, leave it where it is then come back in thirty years when it's rotted and rusty, love the rusty yellow digger shots.
This one's still a winner though.
