I want a gaming computer - help me spec one?

I have a gaming rig I use for playing Battlefield 3. I can run all Ultra settings, 1920x1080 at avg 100 fps with lows of 85-ish fps and peaks of 115-120-ish fps. I actually run with a few of the video settings turned down a touch and avg 115-120 fps with lows of 100 fps and peaks of 144 fps...

Old Farm house in need of DIY

Nice find. I'd have liked to see a more dynamic composition though, much more to one side or the other so it's not just straight on. I'd have probably tried left and blocked out the building on the far right, though obviously I don't know what else was there so it may not have been possible. I...

    Amy Shoot

If we're picking favourites then the first one is my favourite, her expression is great, the pose is different and shows off her figure well. No. 3 + 4 are good too. No.2 + 5 are the weaker images for me with 5 being the weakest. The reason I see 5 as the weakest is because it's a very common...

Nice set of images. I can see something that bothers me straight away. They are all under exposed. Some more than others though. No.1 is the darkest, with 3 and 4 next and 2 being the brightest. Even number 2 though is still under exposed. Taking a closer look at them I can see there are bits...

    Honest and Open feedback wanted

Just had a look at all four of these at the largest size on Flickr and here's my thoughts. No.1 : I like the pose and you have done well to get a natural expression out of the model. The composition is great and the location interesting. The highlights of the dress are blown out, either...

    Daffodil

I find the shadows distracting. I'd bounce the flashes off a reflector above the daffodil or use softboxes/umbrellas to diffuse the light. I'm not sure it does need brightening, it may be just the shadows that are making it look to dark overall.

    Young ballerina

Definitely more like that one. Maybe add a close up of the dress detail, like a bow and some of the ruff. I prefer the colour versions of these though as I think you've done a really good job with the colour and it suits these images so well. Add a colour detail shot of the dress, do that...
