I have the Sekonic L 358.
It's a good meter and is useful if you're using unfamiliar lights. Once I know the lights I can set them up how I want without, so I rarely use mine.
Sunny 16 is not very useful in the UK...lol
The 4k is nice.
Things to note:
1. Many of the FSU rangefinders can get damaged by changing the shutter speed without first cocking the shutter.
2. Set the lens to minimum focus when removing or refitting
3. Don't drop it on your foot!
A Nikon SB 28 would be my choice then. I like them so much I bought 3. Otherwise a Vivitar 285HV which is cheaper, more powerful but slower recycle times and lacks versatility. You can use both flashes in either Auto or Manual modes.
A flash would be the 1st investment IMO.
I tend to use the flash on camera in busy gigs but if space allows I use any number of flashes off camera & radio triggers. Using AV mode probably won't be an option indoors unless you want to use high ISO, wide apertures and really bright lights...
I love Zenits. I have 3 Zenit Es, an ET and a B. I'm looking for one with a meter in so I don't have to carry one. They may not be as nice to use as my Spotmatics or Chinon, but they have a lot more character.
I have a few lenses for my FED2. Focus works correctly, but you will need an external viewfinder to frame the image. It's a bit of a fag to keep switching viewfinders at first but quite easy when you get used to it.
I have an Epson V500. I bought a flatbed as I want to scan & restore old photos as well as 35mm negs.
It's not a bad scanner at all and produces decent images without any fuss.
