Save the photo as a single first at 45mm x 35mm. Then open a separate document at 6"x 4" and just place the image in four times. Then save that as a jpeg to print.

We've bought from here before... http://pyramiddisplay.co.uk 8x4 sheets but I think they might have been cut down so we can pick them up in the van, so I think you can actually get them bigger if you needed. And Im pretty sure they can deliver but I dont have a clue how much it would be.
