Thanks Chris and I wish I had known about Scan before as they seem to sell good spec pc's at decent price and with a proper support system. As a computer engineer, what would your hunch be on the fault eg. a software fix/update required or a hardware issue .

It's brand new and faulty since new and I have a copy of a Curry employee stating that I am entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Other than them trying to pull a fast one and suggesting I caused the issue (which I didn't) I fail to see how I have 'blown it' :)

Thanks for the reply. I eventually found out that it is an integrated card but still don't know about the Open GL3.3. However for the purpose of the downloaded software (Skylum Luminar AI), the graphics card seems to be doing the job fine.

Can anyone advise if a 'AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x16360) card meets the requirements of Open GL 3.3 or later? Currys/PC World didn't know the answer.

I like it but I might be tempted to increase the contrast to see how it changes.

Work this one out. I had two deliveries scheduled for the same day. DPD delivered within a fixed time slot and was trackable on their app. Royal Mail claimed they couldn't deliver due to weather conditions :thinking:.
