Personally, a single, quality monitor, two take up a lot of space. I also think you only end up using the better monitor anyway. The Dell Ultrasharp 24" has good reviews at a reasonable price point.

As said ,yes, but I recommend you download from Adobe's site to ensure you have the latest updates rather than use your disc. Also remember, you need to remove the licence from your current set up before you upgrade to W7. (The licence allows you to run CS4 on 2 machines) Regards
