That’s what I figured when I picked one up from DigitalRev for less than half the price it originally launched at. I’ve not had much chance to play with it but from what I’ve seen so far I’m impressed.

Might be my ipad but it looks really underexposed to me. It's a nice enough subject and a good effort - though I would say the shutter speed needs to be a lot lower, that way there'll be some blur to the rotors and it won't look like its just hanging in the air - I always feel that frozen...

If you've got a smartphone I'd recommend having a PDF version of the manual there too. I was always forgetting which mode did what etc and was able to refer to the manual when out and about. And don't give up on the 7d, it's awesome! Best bet, get out take some pictures, bung them, on here and...
