Was out last night with a few other photographers and we took some fire spinning and light painting long exposure shots I thought I'd share.

You know I never even gave the context another thought when I chose which shots to share here first. Lesson learned and here's another small selection which I hope portrays the faces of the Fringe:
I took these last year at Blair Drummond here in Scotland and I've processed this one shot in two completely different ways:
Any constructive critiscm is appreciated as I'm still learning may way around two new processing programs and my intuos wacom.
It was Sept 19th when I took that shot - it was dry but very misty early in the mornings. We were based in a log cabin in Horeshoe Pass (Llangollen) but traveled around Wales quite a bit. Rest assured we'll be back as the Stables Lodge / Royal Oak Hotel in Betws-y-Coed serves the most...
Actually no - I found it tricky and awkward but not greasy. To tell the truth I've found the Falls of Dochart (Killin here in Scotland) much, much more slippy and greasy. I've almost fallen in quite a few times and I've yet to get a shot there I'm happy with :(

And on topic - your second shot is my favourite of the two. I love the depth of field and the colours captured :)
