    We did this trip from Leicester to Harris, stayed in a b&b overnight on Skye just after the bridge has our ferry was early. If you do stay in Skye take some kind of Id with you driving licence/passport, we were nearly refused at the hotel because I failed to read the small print on needing id...

    I was up at 3.00am for the 2 hr drive to get to Mam tor summit in time for the sunrise and the early morning mist in September 2016, was totally worth it.

    A friend of mine went in the new hide, said she wouldn't again as it wasn't worth the money £45. I went in one of the others when I went last year the gateway hide, a wide opening so lens movement not restricted and £15 hope this helps with your decision.
