Lovely photo and the BW really works for this shot, nice lighting with no harsh shadows under the hat and as reheat module pointed out nice refection of the clouds in the spectacles without loosing detail of the mans eyes. love it!

I think both are very nice shots, for the second shot I do find the phone (at least I think its a phone) is very distracting and just for the shot could of been removed, The concentration then would of been brought on the couple and them holding hands rather than what the hell is that in his pocket.
