    Nikon D7200?

*IF* they release one I dount it will be until the end of the summer at the latest. I would expect it to borrow the GPS, WIFI and Expeed 4 off the 5300 and the usual token upgrades such as slightly improved sensor and MP count. Hopefully they will increase the buffer this time round ;)

    Nikon Gps Geotagging

Depends how accurate you want it. Cheapest way if you dont mind merging the data post holiday is to get an old Android Smartphone (any will do) you won't need a sim and just repurpose it as a datalogger. Stick it in flight mode and it should see the day out. This is what I do and it's fine...

    Turning off a LR preset

I never understood why the Undo Feature on lightroom only goes back one step -_- Surely theirs a key combo that will let you step backwards though the history without having to waste time finding the history pane buried underneath the presets and step back that way.

    recomend me a raid 1

Woops my bad. Yeah you can do RAID5 with 3 + 1 or 4 + 1 (More depending on your controller) Without confusing the OP even more it's best he clarifies what he's looking to achieve ( 3TB or 6TB total ) and whether he requires redundancy or not. Also is he looking for a NAS solution (separate...

    recomend me a raid 1

Yup RAID1 is Mirroring so it takes two drives and keeps identical data on each so if you get two 3tb drives your going to be getting 3tb. You either need RAID0 which will combine the drives into one (giving 6TB) or look at another solution such as RAID5 or RAID10 however each will require 4 drives.

    Nikon D5300

WiFi can be added to the 5200 and 3200 for about £40 (the most useful "upgrade") GPS is a bit more costly however can be done with a phone for next to nothing. It offers very little (to nothing) over the 5200 other than maybe crop mode and the improvement in video frame rate. The main winge...

    Just a question on mega-pixels

That's right out the the Ken Cockwell book of quotes by the sound of it. I export most of my photos to the web at ~8.5mp (Their taken at twice that) this allows a resolution that's good enough for full size display right up to a 4k screen. In general no you don't need 24mp. This size is...

    Best Locations in Kent?

Folkestone and Dover are definitely not excluded from Chav Haven. Hythe is relatively peaceful I guess. Most of the "riff raff" using that loosly hang around the canal however most of them are harmless. Canterbury would be my first choice plenty of mixed subjects for photography. To be fair...

    Best Locations in Kent?

Depends what your into photographing. Canterbury is probably the best bet. Part of the High Street still has "old" style buildings and then theirs the Cathedral. Hythe last time I was their still has some "character" on the high street and theirs a few places out near Hastings way that have...

The child that is less than photogenic.

This. One of my siblings child looks like sloth from the goonies and every time I see it I think "Heeeey you guys!" Doesn't stop them plastering photos all over Facebook though and even your worst is just as good as photos taken on their phones.
