NWIOT.... Not Worth It's Own Thread

Instant Karma - the Richard who pulled out on me at a roundabout dropped the mobile phone that he was using as he grabbed for the wheel when I beeped him.

Hopefully out the window, but I guess you weren't that lucky?

Unfortunately not.

One of those "flat" blue coloured transit vans, with the red and yellow warning strips across the back doors, parked on the grass verge, with other cars, outside a line of houses.
You know the type the very thing that a builder / tradesman would use :)

Except this one had an extra, the speed camera option!
Now tell me they are "safety" cameras!

Yes I know the arguments, and no I wasn't speeding.
Police also use vans disguised as builders vans etc as "unmarked" police vehicles.

So you buy a new build house for £900,000 in a rural location on an estate with only 2 other houses.
When you move in you have every ready, you contact BT to get phone and internet sorted ..........................
and find there is a problem, the local junction box has no spare lines and no plans to extend it atm !!!
You're current mobile phone provider doesn't have a signal in the area either
Sounds like a TV farce, but this is the position one of my new customers is in atm, now they have
to fight the builder to find out what is being done

Driving down a local road, parked car to my right,
suddenly a learner ( proper school car) swings out from behind it.
The look on the instructor'ess ( is that a word?) face was priceless as she looked up, I can only assume from her phone,
to see a white van inches from the bonnet of her car ...

Just had a steady procession of parents (from the nearby school) turn up at the office door.
It seems they were attending a function, and took advantage of the unit next door's car park to do so.
Unfortunately, the unit next door finished at 17:30, and the staff went home, locking their car park barrier behind them.
If there's no-one working late there, it'll be tomorrow before they get their cars back.

I shouldn't, but
They seem to think they have a God given right to park where ever they like, and that includes double yellows and private car parks ..

Instructor breaking the law right there.

Oh how I hope no one is working late.

I only assumed that she was looking at a phone, she may have been nodding off, of course, or doing the times crossword :D

Someone from the next unit turned up after about 45 minutes and let them out while opening up to let themselves in.
Up to that point, they'd all been sitting in their cars, combating the below zero temps by keeping the engine running, and (presumably) wondering if they had enough petrol to last all night.

I doubt this little incident will stop them doing it again next time.

So Milton Keynes-on-mud
is not quite the sleepy little fishing village people take it for ;)

I dontd recall the BBC weather bod warning of gsles this evening, yet it's blowing a hooley out there!

It seems there is a "Yellow snow" warning out around these parts for the next 3 days ......

..... but I thought everyone knew not to eat yellow snow?

"Watch out where the huskies go..."

3 weeks ago I planted some hollyhock and chinese lantern seeds
Within a week the hollyhocks had started to show, just had to pot them and now have 40 hollyhock seedlings on my windowsill
just hope they aren't tiffids :(
This week the chinese lanterns sprouted, seem to have loads of them and no where to put them when they grow big enough to need
potting

A guy in a blue minibus was sliding doughnuts in the untreated Tesco car park when I pulled in. His grin was visible from thirty feet away.

Last time we had appreciable snow down here, Mrs Nod was working somewhere that had a large car park. Since we were the only car there at 06:30, donuts were performed (she had an MX-5 at the time), after which she pointed out the CCTV cameras! Good job security and estates were all fond of her.

Yellow is the warning the BBC rarely mention...Carol said so.

I'm fairly confident, that clearing your driveway of 2 inches of snow, and pushing / throwing it all onto the newly cleared and gritted road ( bus route)
maybe illegal ... Its certainly anti social ...

How about ploughing the snow against legally parked cars? Had the plough gone down the road, it would have dumped on the usually empty side but that's where the councillors have their expensive houses...

They moved the stop where the bus used to wait from outside the posh houses to down in the cheap seats as well.

After loading, your web camera shoot the video with you masturbating, moreover malware saved the porn video you selected. In next few days my malicious software grabbed all your social media and email contacts.

If you wish to eliminate all the evidence- pay me 205 united state dollar in BTC(cryptocurrency).
Here is my Btc number - 1MW1fHur8aEEngcpi8BKBFqaBqLg4RB2N7
