Actually managed to get my daughter outside and pose, for a change. Sunlight was a tad harsh to say the least, so mono it was ...

Just like a scene from 'Little Women' :) Brillaint. I wonder how it would look in sepia or slightly yellowed?

Finally got round to printing an image from my last 'real trip' out with a camera prior to breaking my ankle (nearly 3 months ago) - I've been busy practicing self isolation since :D

Dinorwic is the first place I’m going when we are free again...

Thank you :) That`s just how she dresses anyway. Gotta love a bit of vintage.
I did one with a sepia tint, and it`s kinda 50/50 between the two.

Isn't there one looking up at the sky with bits of your body in it?

So bored I even tried to do macro photography:

X-T3+90mm+extension tubes. My son's watch and he wouldn't let me set the time to smiley 10 past 10
I've just ordered some tubes today,. and will be trying to take some watch shots for the TP52 challenge when they arrive, unless I get chance to do something tomorrow without them. It'll either be the Omega Seamaster Liquid Metal or Panerai 312.

I can't remember the last time I wore a proper watch, I think once mobile phones got popular - and the time is right there on screen - I felt I didn't really need one. I did have a few nice ones beforehand though. My daughters and my missus still wear them, but it's more a fashion thing - which I can understand. The very odd occasion where I wear a suit I feel like I need to wear one, maybe I should treat myself .... hmm

For me the tinted version

What did you use to process ?

Thanks, Pete
processing wise, I just clicked on the black and whits in PS and added a tint :)

Great idea Dave, brilliant coping mechanism. I am a playstation freak! even at the ripe old age of 61! Have been a Prison Officer for nearly 35 years, a job that certainly taxes you at times and as I get older I am struggling with it which does burn you out mentally. Photography is my main love and coping strategy but that is becoming very difficult as we all know at the moment. A few hours immersed in Modern Warfare helps take my mind off things though :)
me too nick at 69, cant beat playing games to get lost in

X-Pro3. I’ve got one. My first X-Pro. Love the output. May well trade it for X-T4 when the time comes.
Recently acquired X-H1. Much prefer the handling. Would appreciate even faster AF.
Trev im having job keeping up,do you still have the nikon gear or have you gone total fuji?

Hope you don't mind @Paulie-W but couldn't resist having a wee go at this...if you do mind happy to delete it.

Hey mate.
I don`t mind at all. Personally I think it`s a good way to get a different view point on things. Plus sometimes, just a little crop, or something else, can improve said image.
Plus it`s a damn sight easier than trying to explain something ;)
