Visted Wales on Saturday and finished off at Llanddwyn Island. Was slightly cheesed off as I hadn't read that you have to park about a mile down the beach and walk it, so didn't leave enough time to catch the sun where I wanted it. Never mind, lesson learnt for next time. I was pretty happy...

This was shot in the great glasshouse at the National Botanic Garden Wales. The dark backdrop comes from the lens being on f/18, with the flower lit by an off-camera flash with a Rogue Flashbender diffuser to soften the light. Hand-held (one handed) while I held flash with left hand. :D...
