A strange thing on my flickr. Anyone else?

I reported them as phishing and the last two users do not seem to exist anymore.
 
Now they seem to be starting a new tactic.
Scantily clad ladies are now running through my photostream and adding my photos to their favourites.
Anyone know how to automate the Flickr blocking tool?
