Is it just me or does anyone else have "this" problem.
I buy stuff from amazon on an irregular basis, but twice now, I have "discovered" ( by accident) that I also signed up for "Prime" with my purchase.
With each purchase I now check that I am not a member.
I always pay any P&P due, or if its free go for the "standard delivery"
With that, I am now more inclined to shop at the evil bay, these days as most offer free delivery.
I don't buy enough to warrant the benefits of prime, nor have any interest in their TV.
Both times,, there was no harm done, as I cancelled within the month, without actually using it, and got a refund.
But that's not the point is it?
Are they now becoming like the insurance companies that renew, unless you tell them not too, by giving you prime, whether you want it or not
And leaving the onus on you to cancel?
