Is the reflector supposed to be grey/silver? I expected it to be white![]()
I thought that too, I managed to get both at McColls newsagents, the white balancer is white and reflector is grey

Chris,

Can't type on stupid iPhone!
I meant wee though, it's quite small but it was free so never mind. May go back and get a white balance one too.

got both yesterday
probably a stoopid question, but what's the best way to use the white balancer tool?
cut the middle out of it and give it to a small child to use as a hula-hoop.
mate, stop posting every 10 posts some "funny/witty" comment on them
if you don't like it, don't post...fed up of seeing your ugly mug on every page

Got one of each yesterday, as said not the best but are free (or cheep which ever way you look at it), for me having never dabbled with either before properly, will be good for learning new skills, and can always invest in better ones when I know they are of use to me, thanks again Venomator![]()

That's the way I look at it too. If I can learn the basics on something cheap, and I like what it can do for me, then it's worth it. Think of it as a trial run. If you know it's going to be a useful tool, then you can look into a better one. If it turns out not to be the thing for you, then you haven't lost too much and you get a mag to boot. Only half way through that at the moment, but if there's one or two articles that I like in it, then I'm happy.
