How do you check the shutter count on the canon 7dk11

I bought Shutter Count on my Mac to get mine

You should be able to use free shutter count (google it) to check it. Or EOS Info from Astrojargon

I have just tried EOS Info from Astrojargon but the programme doesn't recognise the camera any help as to why.

It might be something to do with the Digic Chip.

When I up load to a website called ePhotozine the exif data display lists the shutter count at the time that photo was taken.
So there must be an online web site which can give you this info
