I can see that you're trying hard, and it's quite a dynamic perspective, but the highlights upper middle are seriously blown (that doesn't always matter in black & white, but it does here!). Sit back, & imagine seeing this image for the first time. Where does your eye go? That's it - it can't quite decide. Mainly to the left, where the detail's in focus, or in a lesser way more to the right? So there's confusion, and the plot is lost. And the middle as I said, is blank. Not a workable scheme. Sorry.

The only mollifier as it stands is that the left third of the frame has good bite - but if you cropped the rest away, it's incapable of self-sufficiency.

Mainly, I think that you need to look at your exposure / processing.
