This one was denying the pedestrians who wanted to cross. Stopped right across the whole width of the crossing. I glared at him and he returned the glare. Even Photoshop can’t reduce that kind of glare…

Complain to the Managing Director's office with a copy to the Transport Commissioner for your region. I did that after a bus went through a red light and just missed wife and me. Fullsome apology and a promise that the driver had been scheduled for more safety training, Perhaps they squashed him into one of these...
