Capture a stranger street style : Part 2

OK, thanks. With that level of subject background separation I thought it might be the 70-200mm f/2.8, which is incredibly expensive for 10 extra degrees at the wide end.

The 70-200 is camera porn, had the sigma version, then got the Nikon 80-200, so next stop vr11 hopefully
Dont often shoot at 2.8, these were shot at 3.5 which I think generally gives nice results for this type of shooting
Nice to have one of the star performers (IMO) of this thread give favourable comments (y)

I was thinking about getting the Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 after the Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 but I can't afford either, let alone the Nikon equivalents. The reviews I've read of the Sigma say it really needs to be shot at f/4 to get good results, so I'm not surprised about your 3.5 with the Nikon.

Star performer, me? Crikey! Now I feel I have to go out and start shooting the good stuff... :D Thanks for your kind comments.

Well get shooting, I enjoy this thread for the differing styles and locations, and some nice sunshine shots if we're really in luck (often with a semi clad beach beauty when the gods smile)
But your stuff is nice while we wait :D

Love the miniature reindeer between the two christmas trees, or am I just seeing christmas everywhere now

Wow, there are some stunning and extremely interesting shots on this thread.

I don't do much 'street' stuff but now and then I like to take out my film camera and shoot some people.
