Beginner Clive, just joined!

I am 85 and live in Cheshire UK and I need some help with a bluetooth problem with a Victureed HC500 Trailcam. I know it isn't my Android cam as I have two trailcams and it is only one giving the problem and both have been working fine for over 12 months, batteries all good. Where is the best place to post my problem.

Welcome Clive - I'd suggest the 'computers' section. If you don't get a response there then you might try the wildlife section, but this is really an IT issue.
