I can see there is a lot of clever PP toning ratios applied
here but one thing could be improved: the clouds! They
should be at least as luminous as the water!
nice choice of shutter speed here, slow enough to blur the water but has kept the clouds nice and sharp. What speed was this taken at if you don't mind me asking? Great photo overall, nice processing too
…but I would go for more as the water is still
brighter than the clouds.
For this, don't touch the tonal values of the sky
but use an adjustment layer and brush in some
brightness using say a 50% opacity and a flow
of +/- 75%. I am speaking in Capture One terms
here but it may be the same in your software.
@Carl Hall Hi Carl, i used a 30second shutter speed and took another shot for the sky, not mad on skys moving a lot with long exposures.
