I rather like #1, but it looks better without the LHS stem.

The rest have potential but the BGs are too busy, I have no issue with bending plants out if the way.

Hi Andy. Thanks for your comments. Very much appreciated buddy. This is the first time I've done these type of shots so you're gonna have to help me out a little....

I am guessing

LHS stems = left hand side stems
BGs = Backgrounds

I do like them, the muted one is very good but I wonder if you toned down the colour of the green stem in the background of this shot it would improve it. As it stands the brightness attracts the eye.

Yeah ok. I see where you are coming from - something to look in to in future shots. LIke i said - its the first time ive done stuff like this so for next time i know what to be looking for. that said an easy fix in LR.... (light room ha ha ) on these images

Some nice captures there but, as has been mentioned i find the oof background items drawing my eyes presumably because they are quite bright (in some cases they appear brighter than the main image)
