Apologies if not in the correct forum.

I've just got a new Eizo CG277 monitor and al appears ok apart from when I launch Capture One Pro. All the thumbnails and tools show but not the actual large preview image that I want to work on. The space on the screen is just blank.

I can even process an image (even though I can't see it) to open in Photoshop where images show as expected.

I have uninstalled / reinstalled Capture One but still the same problem.

I have also connected the old monitor and opened Capture One, all was fine. I then disconnected the DVI cable and connected it back to the new monitor without closing Capture One...........at this point Capture One showed the large preview image but then closing the programme and opening again the problem returned.

Not sure where I should be looking as to where the problem might be. The only thing I've yet to try is a firmware update for the monitor.

I'm on Windows 7.

Long shot but if anyone has any thoughts it would be much appreciated thanks.

Does the monitor require/come with any drivers? Is it a higher resolution than the old monitor? Is the DVI cable you're using the correct type for the monitor?

The only thing I've not done yet is a firmware update which was the only thing I could find on the Eizo website when I was looking for drivers......Im using the cable that came with the monitor.

Curious. Is your graphics output compatible with DVI duallink? Could you try a displayport cable instead?

Graphic card is a Nvidia GTX 670. Not sure if I have a displayport cable to try.

You are correct there is a displayport cable supplied. Problem is one end that needs to go into the graphic card is midi type and won't fit.

I've tried reinstalling graphic card drivers and Capture One again but no luck.

Image below shows the problem. As can be seen crop tool is working but no image shown............

Did you shut down and reboot in between?

I did when I reinstalled the drivers but didn't when I did Capture One.

I've contacted Phase One so just waiting for a reply. I've also connected using HDMI which reduces the native resolution but still the same problem.

I've just edited my post as I've incorrectly listed the model as CG227 but it's a CG277 27inch monitor.
