These are the results after my first, amateur attempt at making something half presentable using PSE 9.

Would appreciate your thoughts. :)
 
Good capture I like the silhouette.

A couple of points though, you could straighten the horizon in pp and also I would crop a little tighter on the right to get rid of the small piece of structure at the edge.

Have sorted out the building on the right, but not sure how I go about straightening it up? Will go and have a search. :)
