Getting postcards printed

Hi,

GOt a friend looking to get a load of postcards printed with an image on one side and text and info on the otherside.

Thanks,
Matt

Thats nice

Sorry  Couldn't be helped. I'm sure someone more mature will help you :D

lots of places you can find. I bookmark these people after some great reviews on here. But that was for leaflet printing. They do postcards as well. You'd have to do the afterwork yourself in PS i think.

There are places online that offer keen prices but you never know what the quality's going to be like. Don't rule them out but likewise remember about the local independents- I had 5x 100 postcards printed from 5x PDF artwork. Proper heavyweight board (305gsm I think) for a fair cost of <£60. Got to check them before payment, very happy with them since. Actually doesn't matter who I used, try your own local place and see if you can negotiate a discount for keeping it local or carrying the printer's logo on your cards

Matt www.vistaprint.co.uk is ok and reasonably priced.

If its any help to you I can create some artwork /pdf files for the back of the post card using Quarkxpress? And drop the picture on the front if you wish.
I find the type prints out cleaner / sharper with quark than using the like of photoshop.

Let me know and I’ll pm you a phone number to discuss.

You could try Screaming Colour in EC1.

We've been using them successfully at work for years. Short-run digital print is their thing, though they're not a retail operation like Photobox.

If you do use them, watch your credit card/bank statements carefully afterward

Oh, and I won't have anything to do with them as the only way to stop them sending spam emails offering free printing of business cards is to make an international rate phone call to the USA, as I was informed by their customer services line.

I’ve used them numerous times and never had a problem and believe me my wife (Yvonne) scrutinizes ALL our bank statements very thoroughly.

As for this and any other consistent email problem why not just create a message rule so they go straight to your junk or deletion folder?

onlineprinters.com - recommended here previously

you need to read the rest of that link..... it was not them but some membership scheme to receive discounts off high street stores.
Guess they was like you and not read every thing
I have used Vistaprint and not problems.....
