Google search - How to get my name to search?

I am having one of my pictures published in a book due out in September. Apart from being paid, they are also going to have my name credited. I'd like to know what I can do to get my photo's on Flickr for example, to appear near the top when I type in my name? I've put my name in the tags of recent photo's - Is there anything else I can do?

I haven't done the google profile yet as I've been into other things at the moment. DO you have any other ideas? Would be much appreciated as I guess once in the book with my name credited, that will be the major search people will do. I want them to find me if they look!!
