Beginner High ISO

I would rather use auto iso than miss the shot because I was faffing with a setting on the camera tbh

Saying that. I usually have it set to an iso suitable for the subject. Landscape / UE photos can be done at a low iso with time to set the right one for the shutter speed. Fast moving subjects dictates an auto iso setting

you mean if the mountain and trees get up and walk away ? or the lake suddenly empties ?
