Anybody else looking forward to the release of the BMPCC 4k looks like a game changer if they can actually deliver.

Though the actorial performance is a brilliant enactment of historical
events, I think that this is a tasteless approach to product promotion.
It is not the fact that I've been living in German speaking country, nor
is it any kind of support, affiliation or else to those depicted in these
scenes and their agenda, but I believe this video has the same value
as promoting ice cream using footage of the aftermath of Hiroshima
or promoting beer using as background the misery in the Gaza strip.
Maybe my sense of humour still has to grow up… I don't know. I am
not shocked or insulted… it is just tasteless.

Jep every one of those camera faktaDifferent cultures have different sense of humour.
I find this quite amusing
I don’t think this is product promotion. These “Downfall” parodies are usually private efforts. I find most of them very funny but maybe it’s a tribute to the acting/directing that I always seem to retain the awareness of the original subject. I don’t think it’s ever wrong to make fun of Hitler•

Maybe so but I think it helps to remind people about Hitler which is perhaps particularly necessary in these timesTotally tastless. I'm pleased that stuff like this does not amuse me.
which is perhaps particularly necessary in these times
The clip reminds me more of John Cleese’s rants in “Fawlty Towers” — from 1974 so he didn’t base them on “Downfall” in any wayThat's very clear to me, Ken and my reaction would possibly be
different had it been a parody production of the same situation.
Monty Python style even…
><
Brexit and Trumpism, curiously both led by Germans - Farage and Trump .Could you please enlighten me?
I really fell like I'm not informed of this.
This is NOT a dig at Germans,
Yes, and we are still doing itThe real villain was humanity (we gave him power) and one of the few ways of coping with that is ridicule.
The thing that amazes me is not that we are brutal and stupid, but that we sometimes are not and we seem to get things right. Probabilities suggest that this is unlikely to last very long once we have multiple paths to destroy ourselves.Yes, and we are still doing it

In my mind it's an advertising fail.
Downfall parody's have been going for years, if a company thinks it's breaking ground producing their own, it's a miss for me.
Yesthere a lots of similar on Utube, using the same scenes from "Downfall" - none are produced by the companies concerned or are product endorsements - they are produced by Utubers to get views, (and as their interpretation of what they think is funny)
Could you please enlighten me?

Does it do 4k? Or is it like the original cinema camera where the 4k button just popped up a message about future firmware updates?Anybody else looking forward to the release of the BMPCC 4k looks like a game changer if they can actually deliver.

It has been going on for a while!: http://hitlerparody.wikia.com/wiki/History_of_Downfall_parodies
It's not advertising, but jokers often pick some well-known product or company that has had a setback as a theme.
There's no defined method for measuring video sensor dynamic range, so I'll take that number with a pinch of salt.4K 60p
M4/3 sensor
Internal RAW and Prores recording
13 stops of Dynamic Range
£1170 inc vat
What's not to like, if it actually arrives in September as promised.
I think if you can speak German then it's not really going to work for you.
