I have decided after mulling long and hard over my 100-400 that I am just not happy with it. It just does not seem sharp and the more I look at other images taken with my old 55-250, I think these look sharper.
So I am going to return it to Jessops and they'll send it off to Canon. I am wondering how long I will have to wait for this to get back to me?
Anyone have experience of Canon customer service with items under warranty?
