Yes your right Sids Cafee.Not a very good picture i Agree but a bit of fun. The place is Holmfirth .
 
Not one I took, (obviously) - but I've started to catalogue all my Mum's photos - My mother was 100 years old last August - and of course got the usual letter, (card), from the King

(my Dad died in 1997)

Here they are on their Wedding Day on 27th October 1945

Thanks for the info John, I didn't know the place was a real cafe and the town can be visited.

One of my friends grew up in Brockholes and used to visit Holmfirth quite often. Back in the late 90s she took me up there for a holiday and we got to go in the cafe, visit Nora Batty's house, and see all the other sites. No photos as I didn't even have a camera back then.
 
It is worth a visit and some nice old stone houses to photograph. If you visit the churchyard you can see Cleg and Compos grave
Cant miss it ,they are burried side by side and several pairs of old wellies marking them.
The pub is a bit further away and not too comecialised, when we went. Also some good charity shops and friendly folk.
Aunti wainwrights is not in the same place though and i was told it is quite a way away but not sure about that location.
