B&W Let's see your Black and White photos

I'm a big fan of black & white, I love the atmosphere it can bring a photo or in the extreme opposite how simple it can be! Hope you like what I've done with this one!

I think this needs a small tweek to make it sing as the flower is just grey with no whites in it.

Another one from Wasdale in March the dark edges on the foregorund against the hills is the shadows from the passing clouds and is there in the RAW file

Thanks George. I used the Panasonic 20mm f/1.7 pancake lens that I bought recently to go with my GX7. It's a nice little lens and really sharp.

It is your photo and it is up to you how you want it to look. That said the flower only reaches around 228 on the histogram in Photoshop so a bit short of 255 which is pure white. IMO any chnages would need to be very subtle I suggest like this (this will probably need to be compared side by side
