I am sorry my English is second language - I heard Nikon D850 will be able to shoot in very low light (-4EV) that mean can it keep at low ISO in a very low light????

True is that the D850 has higher MS count and
extended DR but these don't make it a champion
in low light situation like single digit Nikons are!

Nothing beats the single digit Nikons… thinking
of my D3S and D3X.

I think you might have heard that the D850 can autofocus in very low light. If you think about it, any camera can shoot in any light. (But some will do it better than others.)

No. For any given light level, all cameras will need the same ISO value. Some cameras will produce less noise than others, but the ISO value would have to be the same.
