Beginner LR export for High Quality prints

Hi
Some advice please.
I am submitting some images to a stock library for prints only.
They stipulate:
25mb max file size.
Jpeg
There max print size is 108" long edge
48" short.

I am shooting with Nikon D7000 so cropped sensor.
Files are approx 6-18 mb max.
Up to 5000 x 3000 in dimension.

Q What settings do I need to input during export to achieve the largest and best quality print size?

FILE SETTINGS
Quality?

IMAGE SIZING
Resize to fit ?
Dimensions W / H?
Long short edge input?
Resolution ppi ? 300 or other?

Know I will not necessarily be able to reach their max print size but need settings which will allow largest that my files will allow.

There's something a bit funny here. This stock library wants to sell prints which are up to 9 feet wide, but they don't want large files?

Anyway.

There is no particular size that the output NEEDS to be, so leave the resizing alone.

Resize to fit ?

Well you don't want to make your image smaller and if you try to make it larger you will loose image quality which may cause the image to be rejected by the stock agency, so leave that unchecked

As above. Leave them blank

Resolution ppi ? 300 or other?

Irrelevant at this point.
