At one time (doesn't seem that long ago) our local track was very accommodating to photographers, then gradually the H&S folks made it more & more difficult to get good shots.

Here's a couple of shots from those days:

Grab shot of a motorcycle examiner at work in Exeter. Very hard to not see that hazard!

Unfortunately, people still do fail to spot them, even when they're even more obvious with flashing red and blue lights.
