My RIAT from the farm

Had a cracking Friday and Saturday days in Rhymes Farm and managed to beat the weather!

Stars of the show for me were the C-27, Turkish F-16 and A-10.

Shots in no particular order, all shot with a combination of D3X, D3, 600/4 or 400/2.8

just moisture in the air it had been very wet in the morning so lots of fluff on the wings

A brilliant set of shots, any I would have been pleased with. If I had to choose a favourite it would be the shot of the A10 in No.19.

where were you this year Kev? Rhymes is great if you don't mind rubbish portaloo's, no static displays and getting there early to get your car on the front line of parking.

On base opposite the BAE banner on the front line. Qued from 5.00am. Would that be early enough to get the car in the rquired space.

Rhymes is a belting location, although can be hard work between 11-1500hrs if it's sunny. We didn't really have that problem this year!

I love the warthog in 19

All that needs is a muzzle flash from the vulcan, and it's pretty much the last sight a fair few tanks and vehicles would have seen.
