Nikon D800 Eyepeice rubber

Hey all,
The small black rubber ring has gone AWOL from my D800 viewfinder, presumably from in-out the bag too many times.

I cannot for the life of me find a replacement *anywhere* online, all I keep finding are "eyecups" which, as someone who wears glasses, are neither use nor ornament.

Does anyone know where to buy replacements? I'll need a pack of 10 at this rate!!

Should maybe read:

"…presumably from in-out the too tight bag too many times."

I had similar problems in the old days (F3!) and solved them
by giving just a tad more room to the body to slide in!
 
Or like me lose it once and don't bother replacing it!

Not particularly, I'd popped it off to fit it over a magnifying eyepeice and it never really fit as snugly over that as it did on the original optic :( Should have glued it, didn't, now can't find a replacement part for love or money :(

You could glue it on if you have any left then hold it in place with a sponge and laggy bands ;)

I'll glue a sponge to you next time I see you :D :D (For reference, Evostik Serious Glue does appear to hold!!)
